Why do we ask for your child's name?
  • This is optional, but we like to personalise discretely on the inside of the teepee and on the floor mat if ordered, all of our Magical Space teepees with your child's name so our Magical Space becomes your child's Magical Space.  As a special present from us to your child, we also provide an A6 160 blank page journal covered in the matching cotton fabric for your child to record their thoughts, plans, ideas and your child's name will appear on the inside cover. 
How long will my teepee take to deliver?
  • All of our Magical Space teepees are lovingly hand made to order and can take 4 to 6 weeks to manufacture and when ready, we will contact you to confirm the despatch and expected delivery date.  Delivery time-scales are determined by where in the world we are delivering to and the availability of the finish of your choice.
Is carriage included in the cost?
  • No, carriage costs are extra and as they are determined by where in the world we are delivering to, they are calculated when completing your order.
  • If you order multiple items, we will attempt to ensure all of your products are delivered in one parcel but this may not always be possible and you may incur additional carriage charges.  On the rare occasions that this may happen, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss and may offer you the opportunity to cancel your order.
Can I collect direct from you?
  • Of course you can.  When your Magical Space is ready for collection we will contact you to arrange a suitable pick up time.
  • If you do plan to collect from us, take advantage of the stunning Hook Head peninsula and visit the oldest working lighthouse in Europe. If you are brave enough, take a tour of the most haunted house in Ireland Loftus Hall !.  
What if my Magical Space teepee is faulty?
  • All items are quality checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please ensure you contact us using the Contact Us page or use the details on the About Us page but you must let us know within 4 days of receiving your item(s) and we will then send you a returns form to complete and arrange a returns collection at our cost.
  • Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure we receive the item[s] back within 14 days of cancelling or reporting a fault.  Once received back and us confirming the fault, within 14 days, Magical Space will repair, replace or issue a refund.
Cancelling your Order
  • All of our products are handmade to order and are deemed to be Bespoke and personalised including both design and fabric choices.  Under the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts Made by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations, we are under no obligation to cancel your bespoke order or offer a full or partial refund on a purchase unless it has been deemed faulty.  In exceptional circumstances, Magical Space may, at the discretion of management, issue a partial or full refund.
Reporting a Missing Item
  • If you are expecting an item to be delivered and it does not turn up, you must ensure to report this to us within 4 days of the due date using the Contact Us or the details on the About Us pages.
Can I pay on-line?
  • Yes, at Magical Space, we use both Stripe and PayPal.  Both are easy, quick and exceed the most stringent industry standards for security when processing credit and debit card payments on-line.  Just contact us and we will do the rest.
